The purpose of probate is to give the estate of the deceased to heirs, beneficiaries and/or organizations.  The Probate Attorney must carefully follow specific legal requirements to administer the decedent’s estate.  Attorney Gentile will skillfully and compassionately guide you through this process. 
Probate includes:
  • Petition to probate will.
  • Legal notices to creditors, heirs and beneficiaries.
  • Universal appointment bond, with or without surety.
  • Petition for sale of Real Estate.
  • Release of Estate Tax Lien.
  • Certificate of Devise or Decent.
  • Appearances in court.
  • First and final accounting.
  • Affidavit of complete administration.
